Shipping & Returns

For all our deliveries, we work exclusively with DPD as our transport service company.

For all shipments with DPD we charge the shipping costs, which you can see in the table below. The shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping cart system and on the checkout page.

Returns National

For returns from Germany, please use the following link. The return is free of charge for you.  

• Please enter your data in the form.
• You will receive an email with the shipping label for your package.
• Print the shipping label and take your parcel to the nearest DPD station.
• You are welcome to use the package that we sent to you for your return.
• Once we received your return you will get a notification.

Note on refunds

Please note that items you wish to return must be sent back to us in perfect condition and without any signs of use. We will process your return as soon as possible. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we have refunded the outstanding amount. To see if your return has arrived, please use the DPD tracking number you received when you sent your package. If you have not received an answer from us within 14 days, please contact our customer service for help: hello@unknownterritory.shop
