What payment methods do you offer?
We offer Paypal, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or direct debit.
I did not receive my order confirmation directly. What can I do?
An order confirmation usually arrives within a few minutes after the order has been completed. In exceptional cases, the order confirmation may be delayed up to 24 hours due to system overload. If you have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
What do I do if there are problems with shipping and my package does not arrive?
With the shipping confirmation a DPD tracking number is created, which you can track with the homepage of DPD. If a package has not arrived after more than 10 days, we ask you to contact customer service so that an investigation can be initiated.
What do I do if my products arrive damaged?
After receiving a delivery, check whether the shipment was delivered properly.
If damage is already visible on the packaging, we recommend that you take a picture of it before checking the contents. If the contents also show transport damage, we ask you to take pictures of the contents and send them to our customer service immediately.
